Revenue sharing model – Hotel and Samurai Wellness share a pre decided part of revenue for both per month. One part of revenue take hotel for their property maintenance and other charges

Second part of revenue will be held by Samurai Wellness for providing wellness service and managing operational expenses of the spa store.

Rental Basis– Samurai Wellness run spa on the fixed pre decided monthly rent basis. We pay a fixed amount of rent every month to the Hotel Company.

Franchise Base – Samurai Wellness offers a unique model to run hotel spa in India. In this model Samurai Wellness will take care of only management for a small part of revenue. All expenses and profit will be held by the Hotel Company.
